     How to Deal with Overthinking 

Overthinking means excess thinking of anything or everything. When you think about a particular thing but you're not in normal thinking mode that particular thing is stuck on your mind and day, night you're only thinking about that particular thing this is overthinking. And overthinking is normal because nowadays every third person is suffering from overthinking so it considers as a normal thing.


You heard that quote "Overthinking kills happiness" it's trye because excess thinking of everything is harmful for health as well as it ruins your happiness too. Like you're covered with all the happiness but there is certain thing which is roaming in your head mad your all mind is there only so on that time you yourself cannot help you to come back to that thought and started enjoying that happiness.

 Symptoms:- 


Anxiety
Depression
Feeling stressed all time



 How to deal with overthinking


 1. Meditation:- 

       Meditation is like really a medicine for any kind of disease or anything because mediation helps you to relaxing your body and after meditation you really feel fresh and happy do just do this in morning or in evening as well.

 2. Avoid alcohol and caffeine intakes:- 

         Alcohol and caffeine makes the anxiety worst and when the anxiety gets worst then there is high chances of your mental health get more disturbed so avoid both of these.

3. Go to nature:- 

           Go to nature take a walk and just like fresh air try to keep your mind fresh too.
4. Do certain activities like:- 

     #Writing:- Write whatever you feel because if you write your feelings you get some relief. Just try once, it really feel relaxing and nice.


     #Drawing:- Draw whatever you want to draw, this help you to distract your mind somewhere else. Also you can try one more thing that is go to nature and try there to draw anything.

      #Listen music:- Most of the people likes to listen music when they are sad, not feeling well or in any situation they always like to listen music. Try soft music whenever you felling low.




 5. Take a nap:- 
          If you're feeling heavy just go for sleep, because when you sleep your mind goes on calm state, so just sleep and if you're not able to sleep then do 5 minutes meditation and after then try to sleep.

 6. Deep Breathing:- 
         When you do deep breathing just focus on inhale or exhale, because when you do deep breathing that relaxes your body and helps you feel more grounded.

 7. Reflect:- 
      With a calmer mind, gently explore your thoughts and ask yourself a question that:
 - "What I'm thinking about?"
- "Why I'm thinking this?"
- "Is this necessary to take more stress on this?"
When you ask yourself these questions then you find that it's not necessary to overthink this much you can calmly solved the problem
