                   How to Deal with Depression




Do you know how depression looks like, if No then let me tell you that if  you are facing major problems, like recently broke up with someone, everything is not going well and you are very tensed about all the time you're thinking about the same, even it's day or night you always feel sad and tensed, you started staying away from the peoples, you feel like just want to stay alone and quite.
So if peoples feel like these then they are probably In a depression because if a person who before used to stay happy, joyful and suddenly they started staying alone, quite then the phase of depression hits them.




Nowadays, every third person is dealing with depression, it's like if there is a normal thing is going in there head they started doing overthinking all day about it and through severe of overthinking there's a chance of Falling them into a depression.

 Ways to deal with depression

 1. Stay calm and understand the things:- 
      Whenever you feel like there is a thing that bothers din you going through.

 2. Meditation:- 
     Start doing meditation, you need to do meditation at least in 2sets/morning, evening. From the day you started doing meditation you started getting relief after some days, and don't break this in between just continue this always.

 3. Spend more time with whom you loved the most:
     You need to spend more time with your loved ones because when you started spending time with them you also feel lovable and safe around them. So just try to be around them only.

 4. Just do whatever your soul says:- 
     Most of the time it happens, you want to go outside for refreshing your mood but your mind doesn't allow you to go outside and have fun. Just do whatever your soul says, if you want to go outside just go and forget about the things that goes in your mind.

 5. Start writing your feelings:- 
           We all know it's not that easy to write on daily basis, but if gradually you started to write your feelings then that will he habitual for you. By writing your own feelings is a peace because if there's no one to listen you just write what your mind and heart says. What's running 24/7 into your mind just sit on night when you about to end you day on that time start writing everything you feel after that have a peaceful sleep.

 6. Reading Books:- 
       Start reading books of your choice in whatever you are interested like spiritual, romantic, motivational etc. It will refresh your mind and make you more creative through reading because while reading you get several ideas and thoughts . So it will help you to do something new and distract you from your negative thoughts.

 7. Cry out loud:- 
      If there's anything boil inside you and there's no one available there with whom you share your feelings. Just do one thing remember all those things which bothers you and just do this only first and last time, remember everything and just cry forget about yourself forget about world just cry. Because when you cry your sorrow is also flows away just like water flows. And you must feel light.




Just like these there are many ways through which you can deal with depression. You need to follow all those or some of those you'll be able to have a fight with your negative mind and slowly gradually you'll see changes in you, and you started living your life again.
If you ever saw a person who is close to you and they slightly changes there behaviour, start staying quite and away from you. Just have a talk with them ,is everything good with them, why they are changing, what's the problem goes with them. If they starts share with you then well and if not give them some time feel comfort around you and it's your duty to make them comfortable around you by which they can share everything they want to say . 
It's not necessary that you're having a person with whom you're sharing everything it's not always necessary. So just write your feelings and have a piece of  peace.
